About the Skills and Development Database

The Skills and Development Database web platform is a website and set of online tools being developed by Orienteering Canada for coaches, instructors, and orienteers to learn more about how and when to learn the various skills to become a better orienteer.

The project is led by Jeff Teutsch with the major support of Orienteering Canada's Sass Peepre Junior Development Committee.

The project has been ongoing since its inception in 2015 (albeit with breaks while the main developers have been working on other projects).

We're looking for help!

The Skills and Development Database Project is a big project and it takes lots of hands and brains to make it the best it can be. If you are interested in helping out please send an e-mail to skills@orienteering.ca.
